International scientific-practical conference «Modernization of educational resources: experience and prospects»

On October 18-19, 2019, at the initiative of the Republican Scientific and Practical Center «Textbook» in Nur-Sultan, the International Scientific and Practical Conference «Modernization of Educational Resources: Experience and Prospects» has been held. The high forum brought together about 500 participants from different regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as from Russia, Belarus, and Kyrgyzstan. The conference was attended by Doctor of Philosophy, Professor, Head of the Department of Russian Language and Literature of Abai KazNPU Institute of Philology and Multilingual Education Saule Abisheva and Doctor of Philosophy, professor Lyudmila Safronova and intern of the department doctoral candidate at the Pomeranian Academy in Slupsk (Poland) Dorota Smetana-Bolvako.

This conference was a significant event in pedagogical and public life. Speakers, participants of panel sessions and round tables gave an analysis of the current state of implementation of updated content textbooks, and their implementation in the educational process, discussed problems and prospects for improving the quality of educational literature.
