An official delegation from the city of Baozi arrived at the Faculty of Arts.

On May 16, 2025, the Faculty of Arts of Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University welcomed an official delegation from Baoji City, Shaanxi Province, People`s Republic of China. The visit was conducted within the framework of strengthening cooperation in education, culture, and the creative industries.

The delegation was headed by Mr. Li Wufa, Mayor of the People`s Government of Baoji City. The mission included:
· Huo Haili - Deputy General Director of the Baoji Trade Bureau;
· Zhao Haibin - Director for Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Baoji Municipality;
· Ma Xiaoping - Secretary of the District Party Committee of Chenkang;
· Zhang Xiaoping - Mayor of the People`s Government of Meixian County;
· Zhang Zhanlin - Governor of the People`s Government of Qianyang County;
· Wang Tianxun - Director of the Baoji General Insurance Zone Affairs Center;
· Luo Pengwei - Chairman of the Board of Baoji Industrial Development Group Co.;
· Yang Hongliang - President of Shaanxi Xifeng Wine Co.;
· Wang Fei - Deputy Director of the Baoji Business Services Security Center;
· Sun Li - General Director of the International Department of Xifeng Liquor.

During the visit, the delegation became acquainted with the faculty`s infrastructure, student and faculty creative projects, and toured academic and art workshops. Both sides discussed opportunities for implementing joint programs in art education, student and faculty exchanges, holding exhibitions and cultural events, as well as launching joint initiatives in the field of creative industries.

The Faculty of Arts expressed a strong interest in developing long-term and productive partnerships with Chinese colleagues, highlighting the role of cultural diplomacy and international exchange in shaping a new generation of creative leaders.
