International scientific and practical seminar "Tendencies of development of libraries of higher education institutions in the conditions of digital globalization" 

On April 26-27, 2018 the Scientific library holds the International scientific and practical seminar of heads and specialists of libraries higher educational institutions on a subject: "Tendencies of development of libraries of higher education institutions in the conditions of digital globalization", devoted to the 90th anniversary of the university, with participation of representatives of Russia, China, Turkey and the Republic of Kazakhstan.
