Abai University held a scientific seminar on the topic “The process of inclusion of scientific journals in the Scopus database: strategies and best practices”

As part of the "Science Week - 2025", on April 7, 2025, a scientific seminar of the famous scientist, Dr., Prof. Hüseyin Uzunboylu was held at the Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University.

The seminar discussed the requirements and procedures for including scientific journals in the Scopus database, effective strategies for increasing the rating of journals, as well as best practices for improving the quality of scientific journals. Proposals were also made to change the editorial policy of scientific journals and publish high-quality scientific articles in order to increase their international recognition.
