The Department of Biology hosted the "Flower Festival - 2025"

On April 10, 2025, an intellectual evening called "Flower Festival-2025" was held among the 2nd year students studying in the specialty 6B1513-Biology, dedicated to the delicate creations of nature - flowers, organized by the senior lecturer of the Department of Biology of the Faculty of Natural Science and Geography of the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abay, associate professor of the university Lyazat Nurmakhanovna Demeuova. In the evening, the acting director of the University`s Science Department Marfuga Absatovna, deputy director of the Science Department Gakku Nurlanovna Rakhimova, head of the Department of Scientific Research and Training of Scientific Personnel Gulzada Aitzhanovna Baimbetova, dean of the faculty of natural sciences and geography, doctor of geological sciences, professor Kulash Duisenbaevna Kaimuldinova, deputy dean of the faculty of natural sciences and geography for research work Nurzhanat Shakirova, deputy dean of the Institute of Pedagogy and Psychology for academic work Aktoty Toleumuratovna Akzholova, head of the chemistry department Zhazira Sagatbekovna Mukataeva, biology teacher of specialized lyceum No. 126 in Almaty Aliya Muratovna Shayakhmetova, and, by special invitation, dancers of the dance ensemble "Kazyna", a student of the school named after Akhmet Zhubanov were present in the hall. The evening was decorated in a unique floral theme with giant flowers and a specially designed photo zone.

The goal of the evening was to provide students with an ecological and aesthetic experience and expand their knowledge of flowers - an elegant creation of nature. In the competition, students competed in 4 rounds, introduced themselves, defended a project on the theme of flowers, answered quiz questions and demonstrated their creative abilities. At the end of the evening, the group "Peony" took 1st place, the group "Romashka" - 2nd place, and the group "Rosa" - 3rd place. The evening was opened by specially invited dance ensemble "Kazyna" and young singer Yerasyl Amanzhol.

Secrets were hidden from the audience. The evening was very interesting, meaningful and significant.
