Opening of the Exhibition “Reproductions of Frescoes by Masters of the Tang Dynasty”

On June 5, 2025, the gallery "Zhasampaz" at the Faculty of Arts of Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University hosted the opening of the exhibition "Reproductions of Frescoes by Masters of the Tang Dynasty." The exhibition was organized jointly by the Faculty of Arts of Abai University and Xi`an International Studies University in the People`s Republic of China.

The purpose of the exhibition is not only to showcase to the general public the ancient art considered a common heritage not only of the Chinese people but of all human civilization, but also to awaken in young people an interest in history and cultural heritage. Through these works, we gain insight into the history of the development of humanity`s artistic thinking.

The opening of the exhibition marks the beginning of a cultural dialogue. It gives us the opportunity to feel the connection between the past and the present.
