Please accept my sincere congratulations on the Independence Day of our country!

This day is the main national holiday of Kazakhstan, a symbol of freedom and independence of the state. Since gaining independence, our people have perfectly continued the great history of Kazakhstan with new achievements and successful transformations; During the years of independence, our country has achieved great success and gained worldwide recognition.

President Nursultan Nazarbayev has clearly identified new directions for the development of the domestic model of education, the orientation of education and science to the path of innovative development, and international cooperation. Almost all of his ideas about our industry have already been implemented or are continuing with a long-term plan.

Abai University can be proud of its contribution to the development of education, science, and economy of the country. We strive to improve the lives of many Kazakhstanis by training highly qualified specialists in various fields. The present and the future of Kazakhstan depend on the quality of education of young people, our well-coordinated work.

The quality of educational services provided by our university is regularly confirmed by the results of national and international rankings. All conditions are created for high-level training of future teachers. Our students have a great opportunity to discover and develop their potential in the academic environment, science, art, and sports. We strive for our young people to be educated and competitive, to have leadership qualities, to be creative, to adapt to changing labor markets and technology. But the importance of our work is not only in the intellectual and professional development of our students. By strengthening the love for the motherland, developing its cultural and spiritual values, we will form true patriots of our country who will be able to overcome any obstacles and achieve high results.

There are large-scale plans and bold ideas for the further development of our university. Recently, a development strategy for the next five years was adopted. I am confident that our friendly team will bring it to life and give a new impetus to the worthy place of Abai University as the flagship of pedagogical education in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
