New Student Cafeteria Opens at KazNPU

On February 21, 2025, a new student cafeteria opened in the academic building of the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Geography at Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University (KazNPU).

After undergoing major renovations and being equipped with modern facilities, the cafeteria reopened. The opening ceremony was attended by Chairman of the Board - Rector Bolat Tilep, university administrators, faculty members, and students.

The cafeteria can accommodate around 150 people at a time and serves more than 500 students and staff daily. Its interior is decorated with paintings that reflect Kazakh traditions and culture, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The menu features dishes from Kazakh, Eastern, and European cuisines, with prices designed to be affordable for students. Additionally, discounts of up to 20% are available for students from socially vulnerable groups.

The university administration prioritizes not only high-quality education but also ensuring comfortable living conditions and proper nutrition for students. The opening of this new cafeteria marks an important step in that direction.
