XVI Republican Subject Olympiad: Abai University Students Take 2nd Place

On April 24-25, 2025, the XVI Republican Student Subject Olympiad in the educational program "6B01601 - History" was held at the Faculty of History of the Karaganda Research University named after academician E.A. Buketov.

The main goal of the Olympiad was to stimulate the academic and research activities of students in higher education institutions, develop the creative abilities of young people, and create favorable conditions for gifted students and graduates to pursue academic or professional careers.

Students of Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University - Gaziz Nurulla, Islambek Balmagambetov, Abat Kapanov, and Nursultan Alimbetov (academic supervisors: senior lecturers of the Department of World History Enlik Nurmukhan and Ruslan Seitkaziyev) were awarded an honorable 2nd place among 25 student teams from across Kazakhstan.
