She was born on January 26, 1975 in Panfilov district, Taldykurgan region.

In 1996 graduated from the AGU named after Abay, Specialty - Special pedagogy

1196-2005 yy. - primary school teacher at boarding school №7 in Almaty.

2005-2007 yy. -Master`s degree at the Department of Pedagogy of KazNPU named after Abai.

2007-2011 yy. - methodologist of the Institute for Advanced Studies.

2011-2016 yy. - Researcher at the National Scientific and Practical Center for Correctional Pedagogy.

2016-2019 yy. - main specialist of the Department of Education of the city of Almaty.

2019-2020 yy. - director of the Almaty city rehabilitation center for children with disabilities.
