Meeting with representatives of kanwon National University (Korea)

On January 10, 2025, an important meeting with the delegation of Gangwon National University (Korea) took place at the walls of Abai KazNPU. The event was organized by the Department of International Cooperation and is aimed at developing partnerships and expanding cooperation in the field of education.

The delegation included Lee Minhee, Director of the International Department of Gangwon National University, General Manager Chu Gyowon, Senior Manager Jeong Beomjin, as well as Narbekova Banu Mukhataevna, Vice-rector of Academic Affairs and Alua Vasilyevna, Dean of the Faculty of Philology of the Abai University.

The main purpose of the meeting was to discuss the prospects of cooperation between Abai University and Gangwon National University. During the discussion, the possibilities of organizing student and teacher exchange programs, as well as the prospects for joint study and academic mobility were considered. Special attention was paid to the creation and development of laboratories, virtual laboratories, as well as the introduction of gamification and artificial intelligence elements into the educational process.

The parties noted their interest in further expanding cooperation, which will contribute to improving the professional level of students and teachers, as well as strengthening the international reputation of educational institutions in the two countries.
