Educational and methodological seminar for young teachers "Ways to develop a teacher`s professional and personal potential"

The Urban Scientific and Methodological Center for New Technologies in Education, based on the protocol directive of the head of the Almaty City Education Department, held an educational and methodological seminar on January 9 of this year for young educators on the topic "Ways to Develop the Professional and Personal Potential of a Teacher."

Speakers at the seminar included the Head of the Department of General and Applied Psychology at our university, PhD, Acting Associate Professor Gulmira Niyetbayeva, and master`s student Saya Nurzhankyzy. They presented on the topic "Managing Your Emotions: - Self-Regulation, - Coping with Stress."

During the seminar, relevant topics and information in the pedagogical field were discussed. Speakers from various areas of education not only shared their experiences but also answered questions from young specialists and provided valuable advice.

It is worth noting that the seminar included both theoretical and practical components, allowing young educators to consolidate the information gained through practical application and become familiar with methodologies.
