Secrets of Preparing Competition Documentation for Young Scientists Seminar

On January 27, 2025, at the Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University, Faculty of Natural Sciences and Geography, a scientific-practical seminar was held by the Professor-Researcher of the Chemistry Department, Candidate of Chemical Sciences Indira Altaevna Kurmanbayeva. The seminar focused on grant and program-targeted funding by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Professor Indira Altaevna shared her expertise in creating competitive project documentation for the "Young Scientist" program. She introduced the competition requirements to the faculty and teaching staff (PTS) and doctoral students from the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd years of study.

During the seminar, she provided insights into creating competitive projects, starting from selecting project executors, meeting requirements, and ensuring the publication of research results in suitable journals. Additionally, she emphasized the importance of correctly planning the work schedule, identifying potential risk factors, and shared practical tips (life hacks) from her experience to enhance the chances of securing project funding.

As the seminar addressed pressing issues for the faculty and future young scientists, it sparked questions, all of which were met with detailed and thoughtful answers. The attendees expressed their gratitude for the valuable guidance provided.
