Meeting on Cooperation between

                                                                                          Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University and Econetwork

On February 7, 2025, a meeting was held between Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University and Econetwork to establish cooperation.

During the meeting, discussions focused on strengthening the universitys commitment to sustainable development goals and implementing environmental initiatives. The university leadership and Econetwork representatives explored key aspects of joint implementation of environmental projects in the education sector, as well as engaging students, faculty, and staff in sustainability efforts.

A well-known environmental expert and founder of EcoNetwork, Yevgeny Mukhamedzhanov, proposed advancing environmental initiatives within the Green Office project. His suggestions included training employees, establishing an internal eco-club, providing the necessary infrastructure, and organizing consultations. Additionally, opportunities to foster an environmental culture among employees through team-building activities, competitions, and events were considered.

This meeting, aimed at unlocking new opportunities for environmental sustainability and enhancing the universitys social responsibility, once again reaffirmed Abai Universitys commitment to sustainable development principles.
