Seminar on Seminar on «Test Development Methodology»

On February 7, 2025, the Department of the Foundation Faculty organized a seminar on «Test Development Methodology».

  During the seminar, modern methods for designing test materials for preparatory program students before the Unified National Testing (UNT) and for foreign citizens were thoroughly discussed. Participants gained practical recommendations and scientific methodologies to enhance test reliability, improve question quality, and refine the assessment process. The keynote speaker, Almagul Smagulova, head of the testing center and an experienced specialist in the field, emphasized the importance of in-depth analysis of the topic. She provided detailed insights into the methodological foundations and modern technologies of test development.

The main goal of the event was to introduce innovative approaches to improving the quality of education for the faculty members of the Foundation Faculty.
