"Interview: Prove Yourself to the Employer"

On February 24, 2025, the project "Interview: prove yourself to the employer" was held in Almaty, organized by the Career Center under the Department of Professional Guidance and Career Development of the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abay.

This event was held at School-Gymnasium No. 86 named after G. Musrepov, Auezov District, Almaty, and provided students with the opportunity to master effective communication skills when passing a job interview. The main goal of the project is to prepare students for the interview process with employers and expand their opportunities for professional development.

8 students took part in the event. They received answers to questions on various professional topics and learned typical questions that arise during job interviews and how to answer them correctly. In addition, the skills and behavioral issues necessary to meet the requirements of the employer were considered. School Principal Askar Temirkhanuly shared important information on how students should answer typical questions during job interviews, as well as develop behavior and skills that meet employers` requirements.

As a continuation of this project, similar events will be held every Wednesday until May this year in various districts of Almaty. This step is considered an important initiative aimed at increasing the professional potential of young people and supporting their employment.
