Seminar-Training «Team Spirit and Psychological Climate in Military Units»

On February 22, 2025, a training seminar entitled «Team spirit and psychological climate in the military team» was held at the republican state institution «Military Unit 75/52 of the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan». This event was organized by the 4th year students of the specialty «6B03111 - Training of practical psychologists» of KazNPU named after Abai in the framework of industrial practice. The event was attended by the university`s management, heads of production practices and teachers.

The main purpose of the training was to develop mutual understanding and cooperation in the military team, build team spirit and improve the psychological climate. During the seminar, 4th-year students of the specialty «6B03111 - Training of practical psychologists» Kenzheakhmetova Aruzhan, Tursin Dilyara, Kabiden Akniet discussed various situations with the participants of the training and performed exercises aimed at improving the effectiveness of teamwork. Special attention was paid to the importance of trust, understanding and cooperation among military personnel, as well as their role and responsibility in the team.

At the end of the training, the participants reviewed their views on teamwork and received important information about various methods of improving the psychological atmosphere. During the feedback, all participants shared their opinions on strengthening communication in the team, on the implementation of important actions in professional self-development. This seminar will have a significant impact on the development of team spirit and improvement of the psychological climate in military teams in the future.
