A psychological seminar was held on the topic «Safe environment: how to defeat bullying together»

On February 26, 2025, a psychological seminar on the topic «Safe Environment: How to Defeat Bullying Together» was held by the Psychological support service.

The purpose of the seminar is to inform students about the types of Bullying (physical, psychological, cyberbullying) and its consequences, as well as to familiarize students with practical methods of countering bullying.

The seminar was conducted by the coordinator of the Psychological support service, Kosbai Saida. During the seminar, the speaker shared valuable information about the types and causes of bullying, methods of countering bullying, as well as legal liability. After the theoretical part, the students were shown a social video about bullying. The students openly expressed their opinion about the video.

In the second part of the workshop, special exercises were conducted aimed at increasing mutual cooperation and trust among the group members. The students actively participated in group work.

The seminar allowed the exchange of knowledge and experience aimed at solving the problem of bullying. The need for joint efforts to create a safe environment was noted.

The event was attended by about 40 1st year students of the Faculty of Arts.
