Minister of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Gani Beisembayev: All Students of Abai University Will Be Appointed to Teaching Positions

Today, the Minister of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Gani Beisembayev, paid an official visit to Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University and held a meeting with the university`s faculty and students.

During the visit, the minister spoke about the preparation of highly qualified specialists, the improvement of educational programs, and the development of a continuous pedagogical education system. He also provided updates on the ongoing work in these areas.

Additionally, Minister Gani Beisembayev stated: "In collaboration with education departments, we are now implementing a plan to appoint all students of Abai University to teaching positions without exception. Through this initiative, future teachers will know from their first year-rather than their fourth-which school they will work at and how many hours they will teach."

Quoting Magzhan Zhumabayuly`s famous words, "If the children of the Alash unite, the place of honor should belong to the teacher," the minister emphasized that teachers should be at the heart of society.

At the end of the meeting, Gani Beisembayev noted that he himself is a graduate of the university and expressed his high regard for Kazakhstan`s first higher education institution. He also extended his gratitude to the educators who are training highly qualified specialists for the country.
