Abai University scientists have completed the training of directors and deputy directors of schools in Shymkent and Turkestan region on a modular leadership training program

Within the framework of the grant financing project of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (IRN AR 23488334), the project developers: Columbayeva Sh., Absatova M., Nurlanov Sh., Nogaeva A.K. conducted offline classes from 17-21.03.2025 according to the modular program of advanced training courses "Director- leader of a new formation" for heads and novice heads of schools in Shymkent and Turkestan region.

According to the approved program, events were organized for each module. In module -1, "Successful models of leadership directors", Nurlanov Sh.N. focused on the development of leadership skills of school leaders through solving practical cases, in modules 2, 3, "Innovation and project management in education", "Creation and management of the digital educational environment", Professor Absatova M.A. She organized the development and defense of innovative scientific projects with practice-oriented results in group work, according to module -4 "Professional growth and development of managerial teachers" Professor Columbayeva Sh.Zh. implemented the defense of professional development programs for school leaders. Also, PhD, psychologist Nogaeva A. tried to reveal the leadership qualities of school leaders through specially selected psychological exercises and trainings.

During the meeting, networking and a session meeting were held with the successful head of the school, A.E.Ordabaev, Chief Director of Quantum Management Company, former DeputyChairman of the Board of the National Academy of Medical Sciences, Academic Director of the Caravan of Knowledge Foundation.

At the end of the meeting, the participants expressed their gratitude and warm wishes to the organizers for the course, for the opportunity to teach innovations in education in the context of digital transformation.
