Abai University student wins ticket to the World Arm Wrestling Championship"

The Kazakhstan Armwrestling Championship among boys, teenagers and youth was held in Taraz from March 23 to March 29, 2025.

Kanat Myrzabekov, a 2nd-year student of the Faculty of Physical Culture and Primary Military Training of KazNPU named after Abai, specializing in Physical Culture and Sports, participated in the championship. He competed in the weight category up to 90 kg, taking second place with his right hand, third place with his left hand, and took second place in the overall team competition.

As a result, Kanat Myrzabekov won a ticket to the upcoming Asian and World Championships.
