The platform of the Psychological Support Service «SENIM-KAZNPU.KZ» has been launched

A new online platform https://senim-kaznpu.kz of the Psychological Support Service of the Department of Social and Youth Policy of Abai University has been launched.

The main goal of the platform is to improve psychological culture in educational institutions, monitor the psychological state of students using digital tools, and provide high-quality, systematic, and prompt psychological support.

From April 2 to April 10, 2025, psychologists of the Psychological Support Service organized a meeting with students in order to popularize the work of the psychological platform «Senim-KazNPU.kz». The meeting was attended by about 2,500 students from 8 faculties of our university.

The purpose of the meetings is to inform students about the possibilities of the platform, the procedure for receiving psychological assistance, and the formation of an understanding of the importance of students` psychological well-being.

During the meetings, the main functions of the Senim-KazNPU platform were presented.kz, the process of registration and selection of psychologists is demonstrated. The terms of confidentiality of the services offered were also explained in detail. Special attention was paid to the prevention of stress, anxiety, and the development of self-regulation skills. During the meeting, the students asked their questions and got acquainted with the algorithm for making an appointment for a personal consultation through the platform.

The Psychological Support Service reminds all students that access to the platform is open to them and that qualified specialists are ready to provide the necessary support for a wide range of psychological needs.
