Scientific and Methodological Seminar: “Scientific Communication Skills - The Foundation for the Professional Development of Future Educators”

On April 29, 2025, the Department of Preschool Education and Social Pedagogy at the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology of Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University held a scientific and methodological seminar. The event was organized by Kymbat Temirkhanova, a first-year doctoral student of the educational program 8D01201 - "Preschool Education and Training," within the framework of her dissertation research (scientific advisor: PhD, Acting Associate Professor Assem Bulshekbayeva).

The main goal of the seminar was to develop students` scientific communication culture, improve their ability to clearly and precisely express professional ideas, and to teach effective presentation of scientific research.

The seminar was attended by third-year students of the 6B01201 - "Preschool Education and Training" program, Professor Raikhan Nurzhanova, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences from the Department of Preschool and Primary Education of the University of Innovative Technologies (Nukus, Uzbekistan), Assistant Lecturer of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology Sarbinaz Bisekova, and faculty members from the department.

During the seminar, students engaged in interactive tasks and exchanged ideas. They also presented their mini scientific projects and actively participated in academic discussions. Participants gained new knowledge and experience in scientific communication, logical thinking, and the structured presentation of research findings.

At the end of the seminar, feedback was collected from the students and their suggestions were heard. The seminar served as a valuable platform for the professional growth of future educators.
