Methodological Support for Future Teachers: Effective Approaches and Best Practices

On April 30, 2025, the Department of Foreign Languages of the Faculty of Philology held the national methodological event titled "Methodological Support for Future Educators: Effective Approaches and Best Practices", organized to provide professional support for future university graduates.

The aim of the event was to create a platform for students to exchange experiences with methodologist teachers and master educators on pedagogical approaches and best practices within the framework of the Cooperation Memorandum, as well as to share practical skills to enhance pedagogical excellence. This goal was successfully achieved.

To achieve this goal, the event was officially opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Philology, Doctor of Philological Sciences A.V.Tanzharikova, the Director of the "Өrleu" National Center for Professional Development, Almaty Region Branch, K.K.Nurlybayev, the Head of the Department of Foreign Languages, PhD, S.K.Ivatov, and the Acting Associate Professor, Candidate of Philological Sciences, G.R.Nurekeshova. They highlighted the specific features of the teacher`s role in modern society and shared essential guidelines with future specialists to support them in their professional careers.

During the event, qualified teachers, specially invited from schools in the Almaty region, shared practical examples from their own experience with graduates of the 6В01703-Foreign Language: Two Foreign Languages program. They conducted master classes, workshops, and methodological training sessions, presenting modern methods of teaching English and establishing close connections with the students.

As part of the cooperation memorandum, aimed at providing professional support to future university graduates, at the conclusion of the national methodological initiative, students and instructors who actively participated were awarded Certificates of Honor and awards.
