Scientific-Methodological Seminar: Experience Exchange Led by a Foreign Advisor

On May 12, 2025, a scientific-methodological seminar was held at Gazi University as part of a scientific internship for 2nd-year doctoral students of the 8D01201 - Preschool Education and Upbringing program.

The seminar was organized by foreign academic advisor PhD Ayhan Ural.

The purpose of the event was to enhance doctoral students` skills in conducting high-quality research and to provide hands-on experience in line with international academic standards.

The seminar covered the following key topics: Scientific justification of the research topic and clear formulation of the research aim; Structuring the research and selecting appropriate methodological approaches; Academic writing culture and requirements for article formatting; Key criteria for submitting articles to high-impact journals.

PhD Ayhan Ural gave individual attention to the doctoral students` research areas, provided practical advice, and answered questions. Participants gained valuable insights into improving their research work and received targeted guidance.

The seminar was held at a high academic and organizational level and was met with great interest and appreciation from all attendees.
