A KazNPU representative delivered a presentation at the China–Central Asia conference.

On May 14, 2025, an international seminar was held in Ürümqi, Xinjiang, China, as part of the China-Central Asia Cooperation Conference on the theme "Industry, Education, Scientific Research, and Application." The seminar focused on enhancing cooperation in the field of Chinese language as an international medium.

Guliya Alikhankyzy, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences and Associate Professor, Head of the Department of Chinese Language and Sinology at Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University, participated in the seminar and delivered a presentation. In her speech, she discussed the growing demand for the Chinese language in Kazakhstan, current trends in higher education, and the achievements and future prospects of the university`s Chinese language department.

The conference was recognized as a significant platform for strengthening cultural and academic ties between China and Central Asian countries.
