An international coaching seminar was held at Abai University

On May 15, 2025, an international coaching seminar on "Shaping the Future: trends, insights and a look ahead" was held at Abai KazNPU.

The purpose of the event is to develop leadership and managerial competencies in the field of education.

The seminar was attended by international speakers: Nararat Vachiramanaporn, Regional Manager of the ICF Professional Coaching Organization, International Coaching Federation; Head of the EDU Stream Project Office, member of the Board of Directors of ICF Kazakhstan, winner of the "Best Social Coaching Project of 2023" award, PhD Dana Dzhantemirova; team and management coach, first President of ICF Kazakhstan, Elena Grigorieva, winner of the ICF Global 2024 International Award, PCC; leader and team coach, business psychologist, President of ICF Russia (2016-2017), author and mentor, developer of ICF accredited courses, MCC Elena Chelokidi; and Ainur Idrissova, Director of the Almaty branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The participants shared their experiences and practices.

Coaching is considered not only as a tool for personal growth, but also as a mechanism for the formation of effective management in educational organizations. The introduction of a coaching culture improves the quality of interaction and has a positive impact on learning outcomes. Today`s seminar was an important step in this direction. The initiative, based on international practice, contributes to the formation of new approaches to management in the education system of our country.
