Students from Palacký University (Czech Republic) Complete Academic Mobility Program at Abai University

As part of the academic mobility program for the spring semester of the 2024-2025 academic year, second-year students from Palacký University in Olomouc, Czech Republic, who are majoring in Russian Philology, studied at Abai University. Palacký University is a long-standing partner of our institution.

During the semester, the Czech students attended both core and elective classes in accordance with the academic program of the Department of Russian Language and Literature. They demonstrated a high level of academic performance, successfully passed their interim assessments, and actively participated in university life and cultural events.

In their free time, the students explored the sights of Almaty, gaining a deeper understanding of Kazakh culture and traditions.

At the end of the program, representatives of the Office of International Mobility, led by Aliya Serikkazyyevna, presented the students with memorable gifts and official university merchandise. In a gesture of appreciation, the students expressed their gratitude to the Head of the Department, Saule Dzhunusovna, and to their professors for the warm welcome and academic support.

Participation in such programs contributes to strengthening international cooperation, fostering academic integration, and promoting intercultural dialogue. In the upcoming academic year, a new group of Abai University students will take part in a study program at Palacký University.
