The course "Director - leader of a new formation" has been completed

The project developers (IRN AR 23488334): Columbayeva Sh., Absatova M., Nurlanov Sh., Nogaeva A. completed the advanced training course "Director - leader of a new formation" for heads and novice heads of schools in Semey and the Abai region. The modular program was organized from April to June 2025 (online-offline format).

The executor of the project is Sh.Nurlanov focused on the development of successful models of leadership directors based on leadership skills. Professor M.Absatova, in a group work, tried to understand the ways and means of implementing innovative scientific projects in the context of digitalization, under the guidance of Professor Sh.Columbayeva`s course participants successfully defended the school`s professional development programs. PhD, psychologist A. Nogaeva tried to develop the leadership skills of school leaders based on specially selected psychological exercises and trainings.

The program included networking and a session meeting with the successful head of the Parasat Almaty school, Aslan Khamza, where the head shared his management experience.

In their presentations, the course participants noted the practice-oriented orientation of the course, and prospects for further cooperation between the university and schools were also discussed.

The course organizers expressed their gratitude to the administration of the KSU "Secondary General Education IT School-Lyceum No. 50" for providing an audience for training.
