Course: “Development of Transformational Leadership and Integration of Action Research into Teachers` Professional Practice”

From June 9 to 21, 2025, the Center for Pedagogical Innovations and Action Research at the UNESCO Department of Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University successfully conducted an 80-hour offline course titled "Development of Transformational Leadership and Integration of Action Research into Teachers` Professional Practice" for the university`s faculty members.

The course aimed to train educators in the theory and technologies of practice-oriented research focused on improving and transforming the quality of teaching. It was based on the development of transformational leadership skills, reflective practices, and the mastery of principles, stages, and cycles of Action Research implementation.

All sessions were conducted in the format of interactive trainings, teambuilding techniques, and gamification methods. The course concluded with the defense of creative projects titled "Action Research Design" by the participants. These projects are aimed at integrating Action Research into the educational process within their respective subject areas.
