Abai University Establishes Cooperation with the NGO “Showdown Federation”

On July 3, 2025, Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University and the NGO "Showdown Federation" signed a memorandum of mutual cooperation. The memorandum was signed by Maksat Zhakau, Vice-Rector for Social Development at Abai University, and Marat Kozhakhmetov, President of the NGO "Showdown Federation."

The main goal of this agreement is to collaborate in the fields of education and the development of Paralympic sports. Both parties, adhering to the principles of inclusion, aim to provide equal opportunities for youth with special educational needs, promote a healthy lifestyle, and encourage their participation in mass sports activities.

Additionally, under the memorandum, plans include organizing scientific-practical conferences, seminars, implementing joint projects, educational programs, and volunteer initiatives.

This step is an important initiative aimed at unlocking the potential of young people and creating opportunities for the development of every youth in society.
