Psychologists from the Psychological Support Service took part in the course "Life is the highest value"

On August 29, 2025, the Sana Intellectual School Public Foundation, with the support of the Almaty City Youth Policy Department, organized a course for psychologists and curators of student groups working in higher educational institutions and colleges in Almaty on the topics of Suicide prevention, Prevention of bad habits, Prevention of the incidence of STDs, and Sex Education.

The purpose of the course is to provide psychologists and supervisors of student groups in higher educational institutions and colleges in Almaty with comprehensive knowledge and skills in the prevention of suicide, drug addiction, the incidence of sexually transmitted infections, as well as proper sexual education of young people. This course is aimed at effective work of psychologists and supervisors with young people, strengthening their mental and physical health, and promoting vital values.

The course was conducted by Aizhan Kazhimova, Saltanat Nurpeisova, Manuel Martinez and Aigerim Maratkyzy. At the end of the seminar, the participants were given certificates.

The seminar was attended by psychologists from the Psychological Support Service Saida Kosbai, Aliya Musanova and Asel Zhusupekova.
