Abai University scientists continue their studies under the New Formation Leadership training program

Within the framework of the grant financing project of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (IRN AR 23488334), the project developers: Columbayeva Sh., Absatova M., Nurlanov Sh., Nogaeva A. continued their online training in the new academic year according to the modular program of advanced training courses `Director- leader of a new formation` for managers, beginning school leaders in Almaty and the Almaty region, as well as graduate students of the university.

According to the approved program, each module has its own characteristics: module -1 is aimed at developing the leadership skills of school leaders, modules 2 and 3 are aimed at developing an innovative culture and digital competence, module 4 is aimed at the professional growth and development of managerial teachers.

The students of the modular program expressed their gratitude for the opportunity to teach innovations in education in the context of digital transformation.
