Psychological Trainings on the Topic `New Environment – New Opportunities`

From September 22 to 25, 2025, the psychologists of the Psychological Support Service conducted psychological trainings for first-year students under the title `New Environment - New Opportunities`.

The main goal of the training was to support students in adapting to a new environment, to help them unlock their potential, and to find pathways for successful development.

During the training, participants got to know each other better and engaged in the «Association» exercise aimed at creating a positive psychological atmosphere in the group. The core part of the program included the exercises `Positive Chain` and `Crocodile`, which focused on developing teamwork, trust, effective communication, and the ability to find joint solutions in non-standard situations. As a concluding activity, the `Web` exercise was conducted, designed to foster friendly relationships and mutual support within the student group, to develop positive communication, the ability to express gratitude, and to strengthen the sense of unity.

The psychologists also provided practical recommendations for effective teamwork and answered students` questions. Participants left the training with positive impressions as well as new knowledge and skills that will be useful in the upcoming academic year.

In total, more than 100 students from the Faculties of History and Law, Arts, Physical Education and Initial Military Training, Mathematics, Physics, and Informatics took part in the trainings.
