From November 7, 2022, in all buildings (buildings, dormitories) NJSC «Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University» will be implemented access control system turnstile Tripod with bars «Antipanic» (hereinafter - System).

In this regard, in case of failure to recognize the person in the System and (or) not providing an electronic photo (appropriate format), please send it in a timely manner to the email address: zh.tutkabayeva@abaiuniversity.edu.kz or WhatsApp8-771-492-09-02 (Tutkabayeva Zhuldyz) by November 7, 2022.

It should be noted that the absence of an electronic photo in the System will result in a denial of access to the territory of the University and a violation of the rules on access control in the buildings and facilities of the University.

In addition, please be advised that, in accordance with the University`s Labour Regulations, the relevant departments may request information from the System and take measures in case of its violation in order to record the working time and discipline of employees.
