| Main functional responsibilities of the structural unit: | - Organisation of the process of development of the University Development Programme and the Action Plan for its implementation; - Monitoring and analysis of the implementation of the University Development Programme and the Action Plan for its implementation; - Preparation of final and interim reports on the implementation of the University Development Programme and the Action Plan for its implementation; - Coordination of work on participation and promotion of the university in the world rankings of universities (institutional, subject, sustainable development, etc.). | 
| Main job responsibilities: | - Participation in the organisation of the process of development of the University Development Programme and the Action Plan for its implementation; - Participation in monitoring and analysis of the University Development Programme and the Action Plan for its implementation; - Participation in the preparation of final and interim reports on the implementation of the University Development Programme and the Action Plan for its implementation; - Participation in the organisation and holding of strategic sessions, activities for the development of strategic goals, elaboration of ways to achieve strategic goals and objectives; - Participation in the information support of structural units on the University Development Programme and the Action Plan for its implementation; - Participation in data collection for entering information into the databases of international ratings (QS, THE, etc.). |

| Education: | - Possession of a Master`s degree.       | 
| Required professional experience (duration, field, other) | At least three (3) years. | 
| Professional competences: | - Ability to work with documentation; - Ability to process and analyse textual and statistical information, draw conclusions; - Ability to work in a team; - Ability to express his/her thoughts orally and in writing clearly and competently; - Ability to translate documents into other languages. |
