`Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai` NCJSC (hereinafter referred to as the University) announces a competition for vacant positions of Directors and Faculty Deans for the academic year 2025-2026

2. Dean of the Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Informatics - 1
3. Dean of the Faculty of Physical Education and Basic Military Training -1
4. Dean of the Faculty of Arts - 1
5. Dean of the Foundation Faculty for the preparation of foreign citizens and pre-university training - 1
6. Dean of the Faculty of World Languages - 1

The main requirements for participants in the competition:
Higher education, scientific degree of Candidate of Science, Doctor of Science and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), one year of work experience in management positions in educational organizations or at least 5 years of work experience in the specialty;
Candidate - a person applying for participation in the competition submits the following documents to the Personnel Policy Department of the university (in electronic and paper versions) within the period specified in the announcement of the competition:
1) Application in the prescribed form for participation in the competition addressed to the Chairman of the Board - Rector (Appendix 1);
2) a service list with 3x4 color electronic photograph of the candidate (Appendix 2);
3) a questionnaire of the candidate in electronic and paper format (Appendix 3);
4) a copy of an identity card;
5) copies of documents on higher and postgraduate education, academic and scientific degrees, scientific titles, their originals for comparison;
6) copies of certificates on retraining and advanced training (if any) and originals for comparison (for the last 3 years).
7) certificates on mastering foreign languages (if any);
8) list of scientific works and inventions certified by the Chief Scientific Secretary (for the last 3 years);
9) medical certificate or health certificate in form No. 075, fluorography;
10) a certificate confirming that the applicant is not registered with a drug treatment and psychoneurological organizations;
11) a certificate of no criminal record;
12) a certificate on the presence or absence of information about the commission of a corruption crime;
13) development program project (no more than 5-6 slides);
14) additional documents: a resume and/or a letter of recommendation from the last place of work, as well as additional information regarding the applicant`s education, professional level, etc.
Educational documents issued by foreign educational institutions are submitted together with their notarized translation into Kazakh or Russian languages.



Educational documents issued by foreign higher education institutions to the holder of the `Bolashak` international scholarship, as well as to citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the framework of international treaties (agreements), are recognized in the Republic of Kazakhstan without going through the procedures for the recognition of education documents.
If the documents for participation in the competition are not fully submitted and (or) there are expired documents, the application together with all the documents will be returned to the applicant before the start of the competition.
Deadline for submitting applications and documents for participation in the competition: from the date of publication of the announcement to September 24, 2025 (including).
Acceptance of documents: The above mentioned documents must be submitted in scanned form within the specified period to the e-mail address hr.konkurs@abaiuniversity.edu.kz and are accepted immediately on working days from 9:30 to 17:00 at the address: Almaty, Dostyk Avenue, 13 (office No. 102, 1st floor).

*** Procedure for working with survey data:
Each candidate fills out the provided `Candidate Questionnaire` form, attaching supporting documents, based on individual indicators reflecting the results of the candidate`s performance during the academic period;
Candidates fill out the questionnaires based on the results achieved during the period indicated in the `measurement frequency` questionnaire.
