Zhanpeisova Kulbadan Amrievna was born on August 1, 1953 in the Almaty region of the Kazakh SSR, Kazakh.

In 1972, she graduated from secondary school No. 11 in the village of Nikolaevka, Ili district, Almaty region.

In 1972, she entered the Kazakh Pedagogical Institute named after Abay, faculty of "Russian language and literature", graduated in 1977.

1975-1998 - teacher of Russian language and literature, organizer of extracurricular and extracurricular work of Higher School No. 33, deputy director for educational and upbringing work of Secondary School No. 3, Nikolaevka village, Ili district, Almaty region.

1998-2006 - teacher of Russian language and literature, deputy director for educational work at Secondary School No. 95 in Almaty.

2006-2014 - director of KGU "Secondary School No. 114

From 2013 to the present - teacher of Russian language and literature, deputy director for educational work at KGU "Secondary School No. 114" of the Almaty City Education Department.
