From 1993 to 2003 worked as a teacher of geography and biology in secondary schools No. 137, No. 162 of the city of Almaty.
From 2000 to 2003 she was a methodologist at the Institute of Advanced Studies at Al-Farabi Kazakh State University.
From 2003 to 2005 was a candidate at the Department of Pedagogy of AbayKazPNU. In 2005 she defended her PhD thesis on the topic "Formation of moral values among students of 5-9 grades in the educational process." She defended her thesis at the Academic Council of the Abay Kazakh Pedagogical Institute ,and received the degree of candidate of pedagogical sciences.
From 2005 to 2013 worked as a senior lecturer in the pedagogy department of Abay KazNPU.
Within the framework of the project "Scientific and methodological support for the formation of the intellectual potential of future specialists in higher education" she completed a scientific internship at the Central National University of Beijing (PRC) (July 6-16, 2012).
She attended training courses for trainers of theІІand theІІІLevel Programs as part of the level-based continuing education programs for pedagogical personnel of the Republic of Kazakhstan, developed by the Center for Pedagogical Excellence of AEO Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools in conjunction with the Faculty of Education of Cambridge University, and received an international trainer certificate (Minutes No. 16 dated 26.10. 2015).
She passed scientific security on the course "Interactive Learning Technologies in Higher Educational Institutions" at the University of Newcastle (England) (11.25.-05.12.2015).
Within the framework of the project "Scientific and methodological foundations of teachers` self-improvement in the light of the modernization of public consciousness" (ARO 5134985, act No. 200 dated 03.16.2018), she underwent a scientific internship at the International Institute for the Professional Development of a Teacher (Moscow). 07/07/2019).
