SHORT AUTOBIOGRAPHY

I was born in 1958 in the village of "Ulga," located in the Sarkand district of the Zhetysu region. After graduating from M. Tulebaev Secondary School in 1974, I enrolled in the Physics and Mathematics Faculty of Zhetysu University named after I. Zhansugurov, and successfully graduated from this institution in 1978. From 1978 to 1989, I worked as a mathematics and physics teacher, head of the boarding school, and deputy director for educational and upbringing work in schools in the Zhetysu region. From 1989 to 1990, I served as a mathematics teacher at the Republican Physics and Mathematics School named after O. Zhautykov. From 1990 to 2016, I held positions as a senior lecturer, acting associate professor, associate professor, and head of the Department of Pedagogy and Methods of Primary Education, the Faculty of Psychology and Pedagogy, and the Institute of Master`s and PhD Studies at Abai KazNPU. In 1997, I defended my candidate dissertation, and in 2000, I was awarded the academic title of associate professor. Since the 2016-2017 academic year, I have been working as a professor in the Department of Teaching Methods for Mathematics, Physics, and Computer Science at Abai KazNPU.

Research topics: "History of Mathematics," "History of Mathematical Education in Kazakhstan," and "Statistical and Mathematical Methods for Processing Results of Pedagogical Experiments."
