Kazakh scientist, professor of Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University Yermek Buribayev admitted as affiliated individual member to the International Union of Notaries

In the first in the history of the International Union of Notaries, Kazakh scientist, Doctor of Law, a member of the Board of the Chamber of Notaries of Almaty Yermek Buribayev admitted as affiliated  individual member to the International Union of Notaries (IUN), informs Zakon.kz. This is the first resident of the notary profession  in Kazakhstan and Central Asia, who privileged individual membership of the organization.

For 19 years, Kazakhstan notary can not enter into this authoritative organization of non-compliance with the individual parameters of the Latin notary model. However, henceforth the domestic notary will have a representative in the person Y.Buribayev in the UILN. This gives new opportunities for cooperation and exchange of experience in the notarial profession.

International Union of Latin Notaries (Union Internationale du Notariat, International Union of Notaries - UILN) -  international association of notary chambers from 81 countries from all five continents. Established on 2 October, 1948 in Buenos Aires, Argentina, during the first International Congress of Notaries. UILN was founded in order to notary offices in international organizations; Cooperation with national, including notary, organizations, study and improvement of law in the field of notarial activity, promoting the principles of the Latin notary.

In 2005, the organization was renamed the International Union of Notaries. Of the former post-Soviet states members of the UILN are Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Ukraine, Russia.
