Job Fair - 2021


Abai KazNPU has been working for many years on the employment of its graduates. At the initiative of the rector of the university, Takir Balykbayev, the «Week of employers» was announced from 2 to 9 April this year. Within the framework of the «Week of Employers», individual meetings were held with the Department of Education of the Almaty Region, the Department of Education of the North Kazakhstan Region, the BINOM SCHOOL school network, and the Department of Education of the city of Almaty. During the meetings, students asked questions about the work and received appropriate answers. The university and the department of education considered positive options for working together.


As a result of these meetings, on April 9 this year, the «Job Fair - 2021» was held. The event was opened by the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Asan Satmurzaev. The fair was attended by Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Asan Satmyrzaev, Director of the Department for Academic Affairs Khairulla Zhanbekov, Head of the Career Center Gulira Usein, Doctoral student at Abai KazNPU Zhetybai Rakhimberdy, heads of educational organizations, Almaty City Education Department, heads of district education departments of Almaty city, representatives of the Education Department of Zhambyl region, representatives Education Department of Akmola region, representatives of Education Department of Almaty region, BINOM SCHOOL school network, representatives of Financial Center, heads of district education departments of the Education Department of Atyrau region. During the meeting, information was provided on the demand for specialists in each region. The university platform «BAGDAR» was presented. There was an exchange of views and all questions were answered.

 

Graduates of the university were offered 945 vacancies from 357 institutions in 10 regions of the country, included in the BAGDAR platform. In addition, employers have received invitations to university graduates for about 2,000 vacancies. At the end of the fair, students reviewed the vacancies offered by employers. Additional information included various bonuses and hiring changes this year. Employers have shown interest in the university`s «Pedagogical Retraining» course and announced that they will work together on this project.
