One of the recognized methods for assessing the quality of educational services provided by a university is institutional and specialized (program) accreditation.

Our university cooperates with both foreign (ASIIN, Germany; ACGUIN (Germany), and with Kazakhstan accreditation bodies (NAAR, NAOKO).

In the period from 2012 to 2016, the ASIIN and ACGUIN agencies accredited 21 educational programs of undergraduate and graduate programs in the pedagogical field.

40 educational programs are accredited by Kazakhstan accreditation agencies, of which 18 are in the IAAR and 22 in the NAOKO.

At the beginning of the 2019/2020 academic year, 61 educational programs were accredited at Abai KazNPU (31 undergraduate programs, 24 - master`s programs and 6 - doctoral programs).

In 2019, the Independent Agency for Quality Assurance in Education (NAOKO) conducted institutional accreditation of the university. Validity - until 2024.

At the meeting of the Accreditation Council of the Independent Agency for Accreditation and Rating of June 14, 2018, a decision was made on the international specialized accreditation of the following university educational programs: 5B011000 - Physics; 6D011000 - Physics; 5В011100 - Informatics; 6D011100 - Informatics; 5В030200 - International law; 6M020200 - International relations; 6М050700 - Management for a period of 5 years and 5В070300 - Information systems for a period of 3 years.
