The best employees of the semester

In April 2021 in order to increase the professional level of employees of structural departments of the university, to stimulate their career growth and activity Centre «Parasat» of Abai KazNPU conducted a competition «The best employee of the second semester» of the current academic year. A questionnaire survey was organised in ten departments and one division of the university.

The competition took into account the achievements and length of service in the field of education and science (at least three years). Eleven best employees were selected based on the results of the survey.

Rector Takir Balykbayev congratulated the winners of the «Best Employee of the Semester» competition and presented them with certificates and monetary prizes on behalf of the university.

The online event was attended by all Vice-Rectors of Abai KazNPU, the Commissioner for Ethics and Anti-Corruption Risks, institute directors, and other representatives of the university`s management staff.

Special banners with photos of the winners of the competition have been prepared and will be displayed prominently in all buildings belonging to the university.
