Open experience exchange lesson "Solving logarithmic and exponential equations"

On March 28, 2025, at the Department of «Methodology of Teaching Mathematics, Physics, and Computer Science» PhD, Acting Associate Professor Iskakova Makpal conducted an open lesson on the subject «Theoretical Foundations of Teaching Mathematical Problem Solving» for first-year master`s students of the educational program «7M01501 - Mathematics».

During the open lesson on the topic «Solving Logarithmic and Exponential Equations» the master`s students studied the methods for solving logarithmic and exponential equations in greater depth. Throughout the session, they had the opportunity to apply their theoretical knowledge in practice by working on various examples and tasks. The students collaborated in groups, sharing insights and expanding their understanding. Instructor Iskakova Makpal enhanced the students` interest in the subject by incorporating interactive elements such as games and quizzes, which helped them grasp the material more easily. As a result, the master`s students improved their skills in solving logarithmic and exponential equations and reinforced their knowledge.

The professor-teaching staff of the department attended the open lesson.
