Vacant position:

Deputy Director for Research and International Relations, Institute of Arts, Culture and Sports

The main functional responsibilities of the structural unit:

- Works in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, collective agreement and work schedule;

- Reports on its actions, activities.

- Develops plans and methodological programs for research and scientific work.

- Receives from the director of the Institute information on regulatory and organizational and methodological measures, gets acquainted with the relevant documents against signature;

- Distributes the order of the Director of the Institute on the organization of the process in science and international relations;

- Regularly exchanges information with other deputy directors of the Institute, teaching staff of the institution of the university on issues within its competence;

- During the period of temporary absence of the Director of the Institute (vacation, illness, etc.), performs his duties. The fulfillment of duties is carried out on the basis of the order of the director or the order of the head of the authorized body (education department) in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Charter of the educational institution and the rules of the internal labor schedule.

- Bilateral relations and agreements in the Republic of Kazakhstan with international and foreign scientific organizations, advanced foreign universities are carried out on the basis of international treaties and in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Main job responsibilities:

- Preparation of bachelors, masters, PhD doctors in scientific direction

- organizes a presentation system for special educational programs aimed at acquiring skills in organizing and conducting scientific research

- Carries out work on international scientific and scientific-pedagogical cooperation

- Provides timely high-quality execution of reporting documents.

- International cooperation in the field of scientific and artistic, cultural, pedagogical relations is carried out on the basis of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and international treaties;

- Takes documents for systematic control and bears responsibility.

- Carries out monitoring of scientific works at the end of the year and half a year.

- Carries out scientific management of research on the most important scientific problems of a fundamental nature, including scientific and pedagogical programs, and is directly involved in their implementation;

- Develops new directions in scientific and pedagogical research, organizes the preparation of work programs, determines the methods of their implementation;

- Participates in drawing up plans for research work, coordinates the activities of co-executors who took part in the execution of tasks assigned to them in conjunction with other organizations;

- Knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on marketing, science.

Education:

higher education, not less than the title of master or doctor PhD

Required professional experience (duration, scope, other)

- Work experience at least 3-5 years. A department specialist must have the knowledge and skills necessary to perform official duties;

- Direction of activity, organizational work, a systematic approach to solving problems, consulting, work with various sources of information, development of regulatory and other documents for the systematization and preparation of information materials.

Professional competencies:

The specialist must be able to draw up reports, certificates, business letters, draft orders, keep minutes.

Personal competencies and qualities:

Innovation, ability to work with information, achieve set goals, be restrained and patient, show initiative and courage, politeness and confidence; ability to work in a team, focus on self-development, constructiveness.

Knowledge of languages, including the state language (list of languages that the candidate must speak)

Kazakh, Russian, English and other languages ​​should be required

Computer skills:

Good command of MS Office packages (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, WordPad), graphic editors (Picture Manager, CorelDRAW), work with e-mail (Outlook Express). Reliable work with different browsers (Opera, Firefox, Chrome).
