Vacant position:


The main functional responsibilities of the structural unit:

- Methods of financial analysis and planning.

- Principles and procedures for accounting of income and expenditure.

Main job responsibilities:

- Preparing cost calculation of income and expenditure.

- To compile and calculate tuition fees, dormitory accommodation, standards, limits and other services provided by the University.

- Preparing staffing schedules for teaching staff, teaching and support staff, administrative, service and other personnel.

- Formation of the University budget.

- Monitoring and analysis of the University budget execution.

Business trip:



Higher financial, economic education.

Required professional experience (duration, scope, other)

At least 1 year of work experience in the financial and economic field.

Professional competencies:

Analytical skills (to make forecasts on the basis of available data).

Personal competencies and qualities:

Ability to work in a team, responsive and keen to excel in your profession.

Knowledge of languages, including the state language (list of languages that the candidate must speak)

Kazakh, Russian and English will be appreciated

Computer skills:

Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, 1C.
