"Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University" non-profit joint-stock company (hereinafter - the University) announces a competition for vacant positions

Requirements to participants of the competition: higher and (or) postgraduate education, degree of Candidate or Doctor of Science, work experience in educational organisations or scientific-pedagogical activity not less than 5 years.

 

Persons applying for participation in the competition shall submit the following documents within the deadlines specified in the announcement about the competition:

1. Current employees of the University:

1) application to the Chairman of the Board - Rector for participation in the competition (in accordance with Annex 1);

2) Candidate questionnaire in paper or electronic form (in accordance with Annex 2)*;

3) the candidate`s performance evaluation questionnaire (as per annex 3)**;

4) the decision of the institute`s meeting;

5) list of scientific works and inventions, certified by the chief scientific secretary (for the last 5 years);

6) certificates of foreign language proficiency (if any);

7) copies of certificates of retraining and advanced training (if any) and originals for verification (for the last 5 years).

2. Candidates who are not full-time employees of the University:

1) an application to the Chairman of the Board - Rector for participation in the competition (in accordance with Annex 1);

2) Candidate`s application form in paper or electronic format (in accordance with Annex 2);*

3) a copy of identification document, copies of diplomas of higher and/or postgraduate education, academic and scientific degrees, document of academic rank, their originals for verification;

4) document confirming employment history (for persons with work experience), personal record booklet;

5) certificate of absence of criminal record;

6) medical certificates confirming absence of registration in narcological, psychoneurological clinics;

7) certificates of foreign language proficiency (if any);

8) copies of certificates of retraining and advanced training (if any) and originals for verification (for the last 5 years);

9) list of scientific works and inventions, certified by the chief scientific secretary (for the last 5 years);

10) references or recommendations from the last place of work, CV.

Documents on education issued by foreign educational institutions shall be provided together with a notarized translation into the Kazakh or Russian languages.

Documents on education issued by foreign institutions of higher education to the citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan - holders of the international scholarship «Bolashak», as well as under international treaties (agreements) are recognized in the Republic of Kazakhstan without undergoing the procedures for the recognition of documents on education.

In case of incomplete submission of documents and (or) documents with expired period of validity for participation in the competition, the application with all documents is returned to the person who submitted the application before the competition.

 

The deadline for submission of applications and documents for participation in the competition is till September 26, 2022 (inclusive).

Reception of documents is carried out by hand at the address: 13, Dostyk Almaty. The personnel policy department (office № 103), from 9:00 a.m. till 6:00 p.m.

*Procedure for working with questionnaires:

Each candidate fills in the provided form «Candidate Questionnaire» on the basis of individual indicators reflecting the candidate`s performance during the academic period with supporting documents attached;

the candidates fill in the questionnaires based on the achieved results for the period specified in the Questionnaire «Period of Measurement».

Requirements for saving the electronic file of the «Candidate Questionnaire»:

Candidate`s surname_name_chair_questionnaire (Name, surname and patronym (if any) on identity card). Sample: Abay_Abai_Design_Questionnaire. Email address for sending the «Candidate Questionnaire»: hr.konkurs-2022@abaiuniversity.edu.kz
