Name of the vacant position:

Head of the Risk Assessment Unit of the Strategy Department

The main functional responsibilities of the structural unit:

- Monitoring of risk identification and assessment, analysis and control of risk management activities.

 - Provision of consulting services to structural divisions on identification and assessment of risks.

 - Assessment of risks potentially threatening the achievement of strategic goals and objectives.

Main job responsibilities:

- Conduct monitoring to identify and assess risks.

 - Identify and assess the Company`s risks;

 - Form a risk register, risk map and risk matrix.

 - Maintain risk management processes on-going and develop a risk culture.

 - Advise structural units on effective risk management.

 - Conduct seminars and information sessions to strengthen the competencies of employees in the field of risk management to develop the risk management culture of the Company.

Going on business trips:

If necessary

Education:

Higher education (finance, economics, audit)

 An academic degree of at least a Master`s degree is desirable. 

Required professional experience (duration, field, other)

At least 5 (five) years of experience.

 Availability of professional certificates.

Professional Competencies:

Ability to work with documentation, process and analyze text and statistical information, draw conclusions, work in a team, translate documents (from Russian to Kazakh, etc.), clearly and competently express their thoughts, analyze and evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the organization, determine the sources of risks, develop and implement measures to prevent / minimize risks, control risk indicators, improve business processes to eliminate possible risks.

Personal competences and qualities:

Communicative, diligent, proactive attitude to life, stress tolerance, creativity, good organizational skills, punctuality, easy to learn, accuracy.

Knowledge of languages, including the national language (list of languages the candidate must be proficient in)

Kazakh - fluently

Russian - fluently

English - will be an advantage

 

Computer skills:

Good knowledge of MS Office package, Google Drive/Docs/Meet, ZOOM
