Name of vacant position:

Senior Expert of the Risk Assessment Division of the Strategy Department

Main functional responsibilities of the structural unit:

- Monitoring of risk identification and assessment, analysis and control of risk management activities;

- Providing consulting services to structural subdivisions on risk identification and assessment;

- Assessment of risks potentially jeopardising the achievement of strategic goals and objectives.

Main responsibilities:

- Conduct monitoring to identify and assess risks;

- Identify and assess the Company`s risks;

- Form a risk register and risk map;

- Keep risk management processes current and develop risk culture;

- Advise structural units on effective risk management;

- Conduct seminars and information sessions to strengthen employees`risk management competences to develop the Company`s risk management culture.

Travelling on business trips:

there is a need


Higher education (finance, economics, audit, maths)

Required professional experience (duration, field, other)

At least 1 (one) year.

Professional Competencies:

Ability to work with documentation, process and analyse textual and statistical information, draw conclusions, work in a team, translate documents (from Russian into Kazakh, etc.), clearly and competently express their thoughts, analyse and assess the strengths and weaknesses of the organisation, identify sources of risks, develop and implement measures to prevent / minimise risks, monitor risk indicators, improve business processes to eliminate possible risks.

Personal competences and qualities:

Communicability, conscientiousness, active life position, stress resistance, creativity, organisational skills, punctuality, easy learning, neatness.

Knowledge of languages, including the state language (list of languages the candidate should be proficient in)

Kazakh - fluently

Russian - fluently

English - will be an advantage


Computer Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office, GoogleDrive/Docs/Meet, ZOOM.

Number of employees required:

1 (one) position of an employee on maternity leave
